1. 我们收集什么

账号信息:登录邮箱(用于发送一次性登录链接)、用户名与显示名。
你上传的内容:演奏视频/音频、以及由此生成的转录数据(MIDI、乐谱、和弦、节拍等)。
使用数据:页面访问、功能点击、播放与练习时长等匿名化事件,关联到浏览器中的随机设备号;登录后关联账号。IP 只保留网段前缀。
Cookie:登录会话、访问码、语言偏好与本机设置;不用于跨站广告跟踪。

2. 我们如何使用

提供与改进服务(转录、刻谱、同步播放、练习记录)。
统计功能使用情况以优化产品。
创作者分成结算(按练习时长)。
发送与账号相关的必要通知(登录链接等)。

3. 存储与第三方

数据存储于云服务商(数据库与对象存储),媒体文件以私有方式存放并按需签名访问。
我们使用 Cloudflare 提供网络加速与安全防护、人机验证;邮件服务用于发送登录链接;支付开通后由支付服务商处理支付信息,我们不保存卡号。
除法律要求或服务必需的处理方外,我们不向第三方出售或共享你的个人信息。

4. 你的权利

你可以随时在账号菜单退出登录;可要求导出或删除你的账号及上传内容。联系方式见页脚(待补全)。

5. 未成年人

本服务面向学习者;未成年人使用应在监护人指导下进行。

6. 变更

本政策更新时会在本页标注日期;重大变更会在站内提示。

1. What we collect

Account data: your email (used to send one-time login links), username and display name.
Content you upload: performance videos/audio and the data derived from them (MIDI, sheet music, chords, beats).
Usage data: page views, feature clicks, playback and practice time as anonymised events tied to a random device id in your browser, and to your account once logged in. Only the network prefix of your IP is kept.
Cookies: login session, access code, language and local settings. No cross-site advertising tracking.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service (transcription, engraving, synced playback, practice records).
To understand feature usage and improve the product.
To settle creator revenue share (by practice time).
To send necessary account notices such as login links.

3. Storage and third parties

Data lives with cloud providers (database and object storage); media is stored privately and served through signed access.
We use Cloudflare for delivery, security and human verification; an email service for login links; when payments launch, the payment provider processes payment details and we never store card numbers.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond processors needed to run the service or as required by law.

4. Your rights

You can log out any time from the account menu, and request export or deletion of your account and uploads. Contact details: see the footer (to be completed).

5. Children

The service is for learners; minors should use it under a guardian's guidance.

6. Changes

Updates are dated on this page; material changes are announced in the app.
