By using piano.ai2.fun (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
The Service converts piano performance audio/video into interactive piano rolls, staff notation, chords and beats, with practice, sharing and downloads. Transcriptions are algorithmic, may contain errors and are provided for study purposes. Features, quotas and availability may change.
You must provide accurate account information, keep access links and API keys secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require authentication before handling account, export, deletion or billing requests.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information. You agree to receive necessary electronic notices about account access, security, service changes, subscriptions and transactions. Promotional messages, if introduced, will include a lawful opt-out.
You may not use the Service for unlawful or infringing activity; bulk scraping, resale or credential sharing; bypassing access limits; impersonation; harassment; malware; unauthorised access; interference with the Service; or reverse engineering except where applicable law cannot restrict it.
Paid plans are billed in advance by our payment provider at the price shown on pricing and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel by emailing [email protected] from your account email; cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
As an additional commercial policy, a first-time subscriber may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if the paid features were not materially used. Duplicate billing errors are refundable. We may offer a pro-rated refund or credit for an outage of 72 consecutive hours or more within our control. Contact [email protected] promptly, preferably within 30 days of a charge. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights, withdrawal rights or remedies for defective services.
Send a clear copyright complaint to [email protected]. We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while reviewing a notice and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided as is and as available; we do not warrant transcription accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We will date material updates and provide notice where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request account or content deletion through support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, security or legal reasons. Deletion may be subject to backup, billing, dispute and legal retention requirements.
