By using piano.ai2.fun (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

The Service turns piano performance audio/video into interactive piano rolls, staff notation, chords and beats, with practice, sharing, download and an open API. Transcriptions are generated by algorithms, may contain errors, and are for study purposes.

3. Your content and rights

• Upload only content you own or are authorised to process; uploading is your warranty of that.
• You keep ownership of your content and grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to provide the Service; content published to the marketplace is shown to other users according to the options you chose.
• If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us (details to be completed) and we will take it down promptly.

4. Acceptable use

• No bulk scraping, reselling or circumventing access limits; no unlawful or infringing uploads; no interference with the Service.
• API keys are for you or your own application only, within the published rate limits and quotas; third-party platform links are not accepted.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Once paid features launch, subscriptions are collected and invoiced by the payment provider; prices, renewals and refunds follow the pricing and checkout pages (to be completed).

6. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or availability; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
